ran for the first time in a couple weeks today. was cruising along at ~9min miles until my right calf started to cramp again. this is getting ridiculous. i need to ride my bike more i think. that should get my calf the extension stretching it needs to really loosen up properly.

in other news, Coldstone has changed their hours. apparently they are only open until 9pm on M-Th. We were thwarted by that unexpected development yesterday, but tonight i got there just in time - 8:55pm. phew. it was tasty.

um, yeah, about those more frequent posts...been kinda lazy, i mean busy. yeah that's it. too busy.

been doing a bit better on snacking until tonight. i was forced to eat a gigantic cookie and some cake. thanks valentine!

weight is hovering around 185 lb. exercise was steady until about a week ago when my right calf cramped up while running home from work. as soon as that is better i will start again. guess i gotta run more slowly cuz i'm so dang old. :(

still plan on doing pier to peak in sept. and maybe a marathon in oct. hope it happens.
