The new year is upon us and it's time to get serious about exercising again.
I took a year or so off from this blog, and it shows. I'm going to try to lose all the baby weight and then some. I ballooned up to about 205 lbs after Milo was born, and it's time to do something about it.
Every day I plan to post any kind of exercise I do, plus any other relevant details.
Maybe a periodic weigh-in too.
First couple of days I'm off to a decent start.
1/1/2014 Ride Little Pine. Slowest ever up the climb, but not sore after, except for my knees.
Weight - 198.5 lbs (post-ride, was about 204 pre-ride)
1/2/2014 Run 1.8 mi. on the treadmill in about 19mins.
