Yesterday at the gym was 25 min on the stairmaster, level 13 aerobic training. will bump it up a couple levels next time.

no gym today, ran out of time and got hungry for lunch.

did Tequepis trail last thursday. hot out there.

today got to the gym for weights: lat pulls, biceps/triceps, chest/back and some ab work, plus a 4 mile run on the treadmill.

gym today: biceps/triceps on cable machine @80lbs., bech press machine @140lbs., overhead press @75lbs.
5 miles run in 42min.

had some ice cream tho.

ok, hovering around 180lbs for a while, ate fairly healthy food for a couple weeks, then father's day brownies hit me hard. gonna start going to the gym almost every day this summer, so i'm going to start blogging about it in an effort to keep at it.

today was lat pulls, chest and back, then 30 min on the stairclimber -  aerobic workout level 12
